Effect pedals

Hereafter you can see the effectpedals I have left today I also have a copied Boss compressor built on PCB laying around in my old projects cardboard box. Maybe I will take it to honour again and cover it in a proper pedalbox with footswitch.

Once builded a modulebased multi-effect box before there was any to buy on the market. It was a bit cumbersome and I sold it to another happy guitarist. Sorry to say my old Electro Harmonix flanger disappeared with it ....

Ibanez TS9/TS808 modification

Uppdated 20 nov. 2000

I have now succeded with the modification which mainly "Analog Mike" on the site Analog man earns money on. On this link you can read how good the modification is. There are some variants on the modification and a hole lot of facts about it all over the net. I had the "wrong" OP amplifier in my copy of TS9. I switched to a MC4558 instead of the "bad" JRC2043DD chip and changed two resistors. Read more about the modifications here. Here you find schematics to many guitarreffects and here you have the TS9 schematic with the modification I used, exept for the OP.

Without exaggerating I can say that the result become very good. I can now use less distorsion without having the sound to break up or have an uggly crackle as one is used to hear on most other overdrivepedals. It's now perfect even for accompany. Transparent tubesound and dynamic as well !
